In addition to my role in Instructional Design at BILL, I took on the role of designing logos for annual Customer support (CS)/CX team events, team swag, and digital assets to promote team building. I collaborated with the Customer Experience Leadership and Marketing teams to ensure that the designs adhered to company brand guidelines.
